Give Online

Make a one-time gift, or set up your recurring gift from our secure portal. Online gifts can be made from credit cards, debit cards, or an EFT (electronic fund transfer) from your bank account.

Give via Cash/Check

Drop your check (made out to “Chapel Hill Bible Church”) or cash gift in the offering plate on Sunday morning.

SMS your Gift

It is fast and secure to give via text. Simply text your amount (e.g. “100”) to the number 84321. The first time you make a gift, you will receive a link that will guide you through the short process of setting up your account. After that, all you have to do send a text message!

Give via Stock

If you wish to give a stock gift, email the business office with the name of the stock and the number of shares so that we can acknowledge your offering. Have your broker transfer the stock gift to our E*TRADE account (ACCT# 666-292300 / DTC Routing #0015). NOTE: E*TRADE will not give us the name of contributors. It is very important we get that information from you in order to give you proper credit.)

A Primer on Church Finances

Why We Give

We give because God has first given to us.

· He gave His Son that we might have salvation (John 3:16),

· He has given us every material thing we need to sustain our lives here on earth, and

· He gives all His children every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).


God has appointed His image bearers as rulers and stewards over His creation (Genesis 1:28), which includes giving to the work of the gospel through tithes and offerings (1 Corinthians 9:8-14).


We do not give because He needs our resources. Rather, we give as a way of expressing our acknowledgement that He is the true owner of all that we have, and our thanksgiving for all that He has given to sustain us – both here on earth and for eternity. Our giving allows us to joyfully participate in God’s mission here on earth: a mission to know Him and make Him known in the Triangle and beyond!
