The Bible Church is participating in Operation Christmas Child this Christmas Season and packing shoebox gifts to be sent to over 100 countries with an emphasis on unreached people groups, sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Your help will make a difference in sharing the gospel!


Head to the Operation Christmas Child table in the CHBC Lobby to pick-up a box to pray, pack, and send gospel opportunities to over 100 countries through partnerships with local churches!


If you'd like to pack a virtual box for $25, you can do so via the Samaritan's Purse website. Help us reach our goal this year of packing 150 shoeboxes online!

What is Operation Christmas Child?

You can be a missionary to unreached people groups by sending gospel opportunities around the world by sending Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts.

In each shoebox, an opportunity for discipleship is included, in the form of a gospel pamphlet. In 2023, 11.3 million shoeboxes were sent to children all over the world and over 5 million children were discipled through The Greatest Journey, where over 2.9 million made decisions for Christ. This means that if CHBC packed and sent 1000 shoebox gifts, the fruit might be about 250+ decisions for Christ. The outreach events are planned and implemented by volunteers in the local church who know the culture and language best. Children do not have to say or do anything to receive the gifts and they are given regardless of gender, ethnicity, or faith.
